Today we’re acknowledging our School Committee Student Representative, Amanda Iannacone, for her participation in Massachusetts Student Government Day, held at the State House!
As part of the day, Amanda participated with elected student leaders from all around Massachusetts and worked in simulated joint committee hearings, and as part of house, senate, and supreme judicial court sessions. All government day activities are intended to foster the development of the next generation of civic leaders. You can see Amanda’s work on behalf of the high school and the district by attending or tuning into NRSD School Committee meetings.
Thank you to Amanda for her ongoing leadership, and thank you to Amanda’s Government Day Advisors Ms. Mary Remillard and Mr. Eric Supple for making today's participation possible!
