Dear Students & Families:
We hope you’ve had a wonderful homecoming week Warriors! Despite rain, we had an amazing Warrior Fest 2023! Today we are sending out big thanks to our many parent volunteers, class officers, students volunteers, Police and Fire for helping to support this event. Thank you to NRSD staff for volunteering at our event, volunteering at the dance, and supporting homecoming weekend. Finally, special thanks also goes out to Ms. O’Dea and Ms. Caouette for spearheading a wonderful event this year. We so appreciate everyone coming out to support our event rain or shine, and for making this happen despite weather imposed challenges. The logistics Ms. O’Dea, Ms. Caouette, staff and parent volunteers had to overcome this year to make this happen were not minor. Thank you all. And thank you again to our Fire Department, Police, and Warrior Fest vendors for being flexible in order to make things happen. We’d like to acknowledge Atlas Fireworks for continuing to try to work with us to find a new date and time to put on a fun fireworks display for our students and community. All in all, thank you again for making Warrior fest special, and for a wonderful homecoming week in our community. It was a special night and week at ‘Gansett.
UMASS Amherst College Tour, Monday |
A reminder that we are sending a contingent of students to UMASS Amherst this Monday, October 23rd. Big thanks to the NRHS Guidance Team for putting this tour together in our effort to help students explore college and career opportunities well in advance of graduating high school. Student attending - the bus is leaving promptly at 8:30 AM. Thanks to Ms. Donnelly and Ms. Jasinski for making this tour possible!
Upcoming Flu and Covid Vaccine Clinics |
A reminder to see information from our nursing department regarding vaccine clinic information this October. A link to sign up for one or both of the vaccines are below. These clinics are open to anyone who wishes to be vaccinated and is able to get to the school, so share the links as much as you would like.
COVID vaccine clinics will be scheduled monthly as long as there is interest for the vaccine. If you cannot make the October clinics, keep an eye out for November's Clinic Sign Up.
Please note that October 26th's FLU Vaccine Clinic will be held in the Templeton Elementary School Cafeteria for the convenience of the TES Staff.

Monty Tech Field Trip. Please be reminded that all 8th grade students will take a tour of Monty Tech Vocational School on Monday, October 23rd. This brief tour will occur during the school day, with all students returning in time for athletics, and extracurricular activities.
The Class of 2024. The class of ‘24 has organized a Dine-to-Donate night at Texas Roadhouse for October 26th, Come out to support our Senior class and enjoy a good meal!
Turkey Raffle Fall 2024! The NRHS Class of 2024 is holding a turkey raffle on November 17th, 2023 @ 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post 373 in Baldwinville. We hope you’ll come out to this fun event that supports senior class activities.
