The first week of school can be a hectic one for all. We want to thank you all in advance for your patience as our awesome bus drivers navigate their way through these busy early days of school - as they work with 'Gansett Admin to ensure that your students bus rides run as timely and smoothly as possible.
Please be sure to check the Bus Routes daily for this first week, as adjustments are made to the runs as needed.

🥳 Thank you to all of the 5th grade families who turned out last night for Narragansett Middle School's 5th Grade Orientation Event! We had a huge turnout, with 90% of families here to learn more about the transition to middle school. Special shout out to our NMS Ambassadors who helped host the event (shown). We can't wait for school to start!

Hello 'Gansett Families!
Our community has an amazing opportunity to welcome and host 28 students from Spain this coming September for 18 days. These students are visiting the USA to learn about our culture, history, and visit some important sites in Massachusetts. They are staying in the Narragansett community and will be placed in homes with students of similar ages and interests. The visiting students speak English and are looking forward to making lasting friendships with their hosts!
The requirements for hosting are included on this flyer, and a snapshot of all incoming students is listed as well. Please consider applying and representing the hospitality of our community.
NRSD is looking for Substitute Teachers for the 2023-24 school year - at ALL levels!
Those interested can come to the Central Office to inquire about getting on our Sub List.
***REMINDER*** Please register your student athletes for Fall sports ASAP... We need to have total numbers to develop sports schedules. The earlier the better to lock in opponents, officials and transportation!

Peter and Cecilia met with fellow youth leaders to simulate local and state governance and build capacity for good governance, consider real-world problems, and provide next generation leadership!
