1. Winter Clothing Drive & Free Swap- One of our parents, Nikki Winters, has graciously volunteered to organize a winter clothing drive and swap. We will be collecting any winter clothing that you no longer need including coats, gloves, hats, sweatshirts, long sleeved shirts, pants, snow pants, and winter boots here in the TES lobby and outside of her home on South Road. The collection will run until December 13th. All donated clothing and gear will be out for families to “shop” for free on Saturday, December 14th from 8-2 in the TES cafeteria. Families are able to drop off gear in the lobby or send in gear with their students. We have bins to place items in.
2. Report Cards- Report cards will be sent home on Monday. Please be sure to return the envelope with the parent signature page! Conferences- As a reminder, conferences will be held next week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. These days are half days for students. Preschool will have a normal schedule on these days. The last day to sign up for conferences will be December 13th, using this LINK. Please enter using the main entrance door ONLY. All other doors will be locked.
3. Snow Gear- Students wishing to play at recess in the snow NEED to have appropriate snow gear. Without appropriate gear, they will only be able to play on areas cleared of snow. For younger students, please practice with them at home on how to get into and out of their winter gear independently.
4. Winter Concert Dates-
4th Grade Winter Concert- Tuesday, December 10th at 6:30 p.m. in the TES Cafetorium
K and Gr 2 Christmas Play- Monday, December 16 at 9:30 a.m. in the Safka Auditorium in NRSD Middle/High School
Gr 1 and Gr 3 Christmas Play- Monday, December 16 at 11:00a.m. in the Safka Auditorium in NRSD Middle/High School.
