Packet Pick-Up
Preschool Open House and Registration was held on March 8th at Templeton Elementary School for students who will be 3 or 4 years of age by August 31, 2023.
If you are interested in preschool for your child - packet pick-up’s are now available in the lobby of the school between the hours of 7:45am and 3:40pm, Monday through Friday.
Parents will need to verify their child’s information when picking up a packet and include your phone number. If you are not listed on your town’s census, you will need to add your information to the sign up sheet when picking up your packet.
Our FULL Day class is full at this time, you are welcome to have your child put on the waitlist for Full Day. We suggest you sign up for the PM class, which is a 4 day program, if you are interested in more days.
Our M-W-F class is filling up quickly, (4 year old) – we have 4 slots available at this time.
Our Tu-Thrs (3 year old) and our Afternoon Classes (3 & 4 year old) still have available slots.
The following documents are required to be returned with your registration packet.
Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency - utility bill, cable, phone, tax bill, water, sewer, etc.
Medical Documents
Current Physical
Current Immunizations including Lead Testing
$40 non-refundable Registration Fee is required at the time of registration, paid on-line with UNIPAY, along with your additional forms in the packet. Please include your payment receipt with your forms.
