We have listed everything by category (i.e., entree, breads, fruits, vegetables, milk, dessert, and condiments/sauces). For "carb" conscious consumers, the entrees (whenever possible) are listed without their carb counterpart. Please refer to the "breads" category for further information.
There are a few things we are still waiting on, but this should get us started for the new year. We have tried to provide as much detailed information without being confusing or overwhelming. Please note serving sizes and be aware that individual consumption may vary. If there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me. This system is new to us all, but we are sure that once we navigate our way through it a few times we'll be fine.
