The Agreement entered into pursuant to Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as amended, between the towns of Phillipston and Templeton in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, hereinafter sometimes referred to as the "member towns," is hereby amended in the year 2004 , in its entirety may be read by accessing the links below.
