     The Narragansett Regional School District held Kindergarten Registration on

                                                  March 13, 2013

Any parent, with a child who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall 2013, who has not received a letter in the mail, is asked to contact the school where your child will be attending:

Templeton Center School  978-939-8892 or Phillipston Memorial School  978-249-4969.

Attention Templeton Center Parents:

Narragansett Regional School District is committed to serving the youngest students in order to provide a strong foundation for educational success. Currently, Templeton Center School does not meet the poverty requirements to be eligible for Title 1 services. The cut off for eligibility for Title 1 services is 31.8% of the population receives Free and Reduce lunch. Templeton Center has 30.6% which is a 1.2 difference. In order to provide Title 1 support services, we must apply for wavier for Templeton Center School.

1. The existing structure (BES) was built in 1923 (88 years old)

2. The building is not handicapped accessible

3. The Narragansett School District, in 1987, recommended constructing a new elementary school. That was 25 years ago.
