Medicine Cabinet Drug Awareness Classes

The Narragansett Regional School District in conjunction with the Templeton and Phillipston Police Departments, local Boards of Health, Physicians and Clergy are offering parents and community members a series of Medicine Cabinet Drug Awareness Classes. The classes will provide information to help parents identify different drugs and better understand the health effects from drug misuse. 

The first class will be held on February 2, 2012 at the KIVA, Narragansett Regional High School, 464 Baldwinville Road, Baldwinville, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Officer Peter Buck, along with the Templeton and Phillipston Police Departments, will present “Drug Identification and Prescription Drugs”

Additional classes will be held on February 18, March 1, and March 15, 2012.

Student Survey

Dr. Roseli Weiss, Superintendent of the Narragansett Regional School District, is conducting a survey for students who graduated from the Narragansett Regional High School in 2000 to 2009. The survey, which is open from February 1-29, 2012, will take a few moments to complete. Survey Results will help the District to continue to improve course offerings to the next group of high school students. The survey is available at http://surveymonkey.com/s/nrsdalumni

NRSD Accepting School Choice Applications

Dr. Roseli S. Weiss, Superintendent of the Narragansett Regional School District, has announced that the District is accepting School Choice applications for the 2012-2013 academic year. The Narragansett Regional School District offers full-day Kindergarten through Grade 12 students an extensive academic and extracurricular curriculum to provide a positive and enriching environment that bridge traditional values with a vision for the future.
